AI operation
A team of AI agents.
This is still a one-person studio. What changed is that I now work with 15 artificial intelligence agents, each trained for one job, running on my own server. Maya takes the request, splits the work and reviews it before delivery. Nothing reaches the client without human approval.
The faces are illustrations. Nobody here pretends to be a person.
01 Who coordinates
Maya
Orchestrator
She is who I talk to, on Telegram, by text or voice. She understands the request, confirms what she understood, hands it to the right specialist and only calls it done after testing the result: link opened, page responding, file checked.
02 Production
Who does the work
Five specialists who serve any project.
-
Helena
Coordination and design
Organizes work that involves more than one specialist and checks the visual standard before delivery.
-
Otto
Development
Websites, systems, integrations and putting them live.
-
Caio
Copy and research
Sales copy, scripts and captions, researched and sourced.
-
Vera
Projects
Stages, deadlines and the criterion that defines when something is done.
-
Nina
Content that spreads
Studies the videos that worked in a niche and turns the pattern into scripts.
03 Sales and service
Who talks to your customer
This team is set up for each business, on its channel and with its rules. In every conversation the agent introduces itself as AI and hands over to a person when it is time.
-
Téo
Service lead
Coordinates who answers leads on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs.
-
Íris
CRM
Keeps contacts, pipeline and follow-ups up to date.
-
Ricardo Ads
Paid traffic
Builds and tracks Meta Ads campaigns the way I think about ads.
-
Ricardo Direct
Instagram DMs
Replies in my tone and says it is an AI in the very first message.
Service squad
They qualify new leads with questions, answer doubts and book the conversation with a person.

04 What you can ask for
You describe what you need. The team hands it back done.
Real examples of the kind of request that comes in and what goes back.
-

Request "Build a page for Saturday's workshop, with sign-up through WhatsApp."
Delivery A live page on its own address with HTTPS, tested on a phone.

Request "Build a page showing automated customer service for barbershops."
Delivery A scene from that trade, the real pain of the sector in the copy and a link ready to send.
-
Sales proposal
Request "Turn today's meeting into a proposal for the clinic."
Delivery A browsable proposal on a link, with scope, stages and investment.
-
Instagram carousel
Request "A carousel about the mistakes that empty a clinic's schedule."

-
AI customer service per project
Request "I want someone answering people who come from the ad, at night too."
Delivery An agent trained on your business, on your channel, that hands over to you at the right time.
-
Paid traffic per project
Request "My cost per lead went up. What is weighing on the campaign?"
Delivery A read of the metrics and the proposed adjustment, which only goes live with your approval.
05 The rules
What no agent does on its own
-
Speak for you without approval
Posting, sending a message, spending or deleting goes through a person first.
-
Call it done without proof
Done means the link opens and the page responds, not a screenshot or a "should work".
-
Pretend to be human
Whoever talks to your customer introduces itself as AI. The faces on this page are illustrations.
